He was born on September 3, 1992 in Agdash region.
Education
In 2009-2013, Bachelor of Finance at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2014-2016, Master’s degree in MBA from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2018, he has been studying for a doctorate in Finance at Azerbaijans State University of Economics.
Pedagogical Activity
More than 10 scientific articles have been published in local and international journals.
Labor Activity
In 2014-2015, financial manager in “Barattson” Company.
In 2016-2017, analyst at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
Since 2017, head of "One Stop Shop" Export Support Centre at the Center for Analysis of Economic Refors and Communication.

He was on a business trip to the Secretariat of the Commission at the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan for a year.
He is fluent in Azerbaijan and English.
He is married.
