She was born on November 20, 1986 in the Qazax district of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Education

In 2004-2008, bachelor's degree in history at Baku State University.

In 2008-2010, master's degree in history at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University.

In 2016-2019, PhD candidate specializing in "Economy of Technological Innovations" at the Research Institute of Economic Reforms under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since 2019, she has been continuing his second bachelor's degree in economics at Azerbaijan State University of Economic.

Pedagogical activity

In 2020-2022, a lecturer at the Department of International Trade, Logistics, and Marketing at Azerbaijan Technical University.

Since 2022, she has been teaching "Research Methods" and "Academic Writing and Research Methods" subjects in the Business Administration (MBA) and SABAH master's programs.

She is the author of more than 20 scientific and journalistic articles and abstracts published in both local and international press.

Labor Activity

In 2011-2022, chief specialist, senior researcher, department manager, and scientific secretary at the Research Institute of Economic Reforms under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2022-2023, leading researcher at the Research Institute of Economic Reforms under the Ministry of Economy.

Since 2023, she has been working as the Sector Director of the Social-Economic Program Monitoring  at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

She is fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages.

She is married and has one child.
