She was born on August 14, 1981 in Sumgayit, Azerbaijan.

Education

In 1999-2003, bachelor's degree in management (engineering economics and management) at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2003-2005, master's degree Economics and management of production and service areas at Qafqaz University and graduated with honors.

In 2014, teacher at the department of Natural sciences and information technologies at Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management.

In 2003-2006, a specialist in the International Relations, Information and Coordination Laboratory of the Institute of Genetic Resources of ANAS,

She speaks Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish languages.

She is married and has a child.
