Born on May 29, 1984 in Sumgayit, Republic of Azerbaijan.

Education

In 2002-2007, she received a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of History of Baku State University.

Since 2024, she has been studying for a master's degree (MBA) in Business Organization and Management at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.

She has a BB3 certificate in Civil Service.

She participated in Duke University's "Renewable Energy and Green Building Entrepreneurship";

University of California, Irvine's "Essentials of Management and Strategic Planning";

University of Michigan's "Generative AI in Business: Planning Framework for Implementation" academic programs and received international certificates in relevant fields.

Work experience

In 2018-2023, she worked as a teacher at the CELC English Academy training center.

In 2024, she completed an internship at the Economic Analysis Department at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and in 2025, she completed an internship at the Monitoring and Evaluation Department.

Since May 2025, she has been working as a DevOps engineer at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

She speaks Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish.

She is married and has two children.
