Gultaj Ahmadzadeh-Tapdiqzadeh / Acting Head of the Socio-Economic Programs Monitoring Sector

She was born on July 6, 1999, in Ganja, Republic of Azerbaijan.

Education

From 2015 to 2019, she obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, graduating with honors.

From 2019 to 2021, she pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Baku Higher Oil School. At the same time, within a dual-degree program with Geneva Business School in Switzerland, she obtained an MBA in Oil and Gas Management.

Since 2022, she has been pursuing a PhD in Education Organization and Planning at the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Professional Experience

From 2020 to 2021, she worked as a Customer Relations Coordinator at “Caspian Investment Company” LLC.

From 2021 to 2023, she worked as a Senior Specialist at the Business Administration Training Center of SOCAR's Baku Higher Oil School. From 2023 to 2024, she served as the Head of the Career and Student Affairs Department.

In June 2024, she was appointed Lead Consultant of the Socio-Economic Programs Monitoring Sector of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. In January 2025, she was appointed Senior Consultant of the same sector. Since October 2025, she has been serving as the Acting Head of the Socio-Economic Programs Monitoring Sector.

She holds the international Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI), as well as a BA3 category civil service certificate.

She speaks Azerbaijani, English, and Turkish.

She is married.
