Matanat Rasulova / Human Resources Manager

She was born on January 28, 1963 in Baku.
Education
In 1981-1986, bachelor's degree in Mechanics and Mathematics faculty of Azerbaijan State University.
In 1989-1992, she studied postgraduate studies at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the specialty of Economic and mathematical methods.
In 2000, she became a candidate of Economic Sciences on the Specialty of Economic and mathematical methods.
In 2011-2015, she studied at the Institute for Scientific Research on Economic reforms of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for a doctorate degree in economics.
Pedagogical activity
In 2009-2011, senior lecturer at Azerbaijan State University.
In 2013, she received the title of associate professor in Econometrics.
Since 2015, associate professor-teacher of the faculty of International Relations and Economics at Baku State University.
She presented scientific reports at more than 10 local and international conferences organized by the UN, Asian Development Bank, International Monetary Fund and USAID.
She is the author of more than 30 scientific articles and theses.
Labor activity
In 1986-1989, Software Engineer of Information-Computing Center at Ministry of Construction Materials Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1993-2003, junior researcher, researcher, senior researcher at Center for Economic Reforms of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2003-2007, leading Researcher of Scientific Research Department at Center for Economic Reforms of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2007-2009, Head of Department of Economic Modeling at Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan Economic Reforms Scientific Research Institute.
In 2011-2014, Head of Macroeconomic Modeling Department at Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan Economic Reforms Scientific Research Institute.
In 2014-2015, Deputy Director for Scientific Research at Economic Research Institute of Economic Reforms of the Ministry of Economy.
Since 2016, she has been HR manager at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

In 2014, she was awarded the "Taraggi" medal by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
She is fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English and German.
She is married and has 2 children.
