In 2016-2021, up to 500 volunteers joined the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. Currently, the Reforms Volunteers Organization is functioning in the Center. The goal of establishing the volunteer program is to identify and effectively use the existing potential of young people in the economic and analytical field, to guide them in their future careers and to help them assess their leisure time properly. Reform Volunteers were actively involved in the realization of such innovative projects of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication as Azexport.az, Enterprise Azerbaijan and Digital Trade Hub of Azerbaijan, as well as  in the development of software,  organization of various events, conducting of scientific researches and studies.
