Management Development Program Conducted for Volunteers

Azerbaijan Youth Foundation and the Union of Volunteer Organizations of Azerbaijan conducted Management Development Program for volunteers. Within the frame of the program, the trainers shared their experience on legislative basis of volunteering, selection of volunteers, recruitment and retention of volunteers, team building, and other relevant topics.

It should be mentioned that representatives of various volunteer organizations, including Head of Reform Volunteers Organization Ismat Vagifzade, attended the event. At the end, participants were awarded certificates confirming their theoretical and practical knowledge of working with volunteers.
