"Smart Karabakh" training

Gunay Guliyeva, deputy head of department of IITKM, doctor of philosophy in economics, trained Reform volunteers on the topic "Smart Karabakh: Smart city, smart village". G. Guliyeva gave detailed information about the technologies used by smart cities and villages, the problems they solve, smart infrastructure and services.
