At the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, an educational meeting was held with security expert Gazanfar Aloyev on the topic of “Security Culture and Risk Management” at the initiative of “Islahat Konyulyari”. The purpose of the meeting was to increase the knowledge and skills of young people in the field of security, strengthen awareness of modern risks, and highlight the importance of preventive measures.

During the meeting, the role of security for society, the formation of a security culture, and systematic risk management were discussed. Detailed information was provided on personal and public security, environmental protection, assessment of possible threats, and ways to minimize risks. Special attention was also paid to cybersecurity issues against the backdrop of digital development. Artificial intelligence-based cyber fraud methods, digital manipulations, personal data protection, and legal protection mechanisms were reviewed.

Expert Gazanfar Aloyev shared real examples and experiences and answered questions from young people within the framework of an interactive session. In addition to the "Islahat Volunteers", the event was attended by "Volunteer Customs Officer", "My Family Volunteers", the Tourism Volunteers Organization, volunteers of the State Examination Center, MEDIA Volunteers, "Heritage Friends" volunteers, and students from various higher education institutions.
