A seminar titled “If the Family Disintegrates, Does the State Weaken?” was held at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC). The seminar was delivered by Reform Volunteer and Presidential Award winner for startups, Zahra Gasimzade, who is currently undertaking an internship at CAERC.

The event was attended by Rafiq Mahmudov, Head of the “Ailam” Volunteers Organization operating under the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, along with the organization’s volunteers.

The seminar featured discussions on the role of the family institution in the development of society and the state, current challenges in this field, the importance of preserving family values, and ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening the family institution. Interactive discussions, during which participants’ questions were addressed, contributed to a more engaging and productive seminar while fostering greater interest in the topic.
