A meeting was held with the deputy of the Milli Majlis Rizvan Nabiyev at the initiative of the "Reform Volunteers" organization of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. At the meeting, the deputy made a report on the topic "The role of parliamentary diplomacy in international relations" and discussions were held.

Rizvan Nabiyev spoke about interstate diplomatic relations, the establishment of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, the role and functions of parliamentary diplomacy.

Rizvan Nabiyev noted that as a result of the skillful military and political-diplomatic strategy of President Ilham Aliyev, the occupation of our lands was ended and a new reality based on international law was created in the region. New realities also require further activation of multifaceted activities in the field of parliamentary diplomacy.

The deputy highlighted the importance of large-scale projects in terms of economy and security as a result of the far-sighted policy implemented by the President. He noted that these projects create strategic advantages for Azerbaijan both at the regional and international levels.

Rizvan Nabiyev also provided information about the strategic importance of the Zangezur corridor and emphasized that this corridor will play an exceptional role in the development of transport and economic relations in the region, and at the same time will have a significant impact on the security and stability of Azerbaijan.

Finally, Rizvan Nabiyev presented the participants with his co-authored book "Shusha Heritage", published in Berlin.
